In Denmark the most known sport is Football. In 1992 we got gold in UEFA, in 1906 we got gold in the Olympic Games and in 1955 we got gold in the FIFA Confederations Cup. Our national team played thier first national game in the Olympic Games in London the 19th. Of October 1908.
Handball is a game that was invented in Denmark in about 1897 by Rasmus Nicolaj Ernst. The first set of rules were invented in 1906 by Holger Nielsen. Handball is almost the same as Football except they use their hands and not their feet. In the older teames they put resin on the ball so it sticks better to their hands.
This is the French national football team, it was set up in 1904, she has win one world cup in 1998 against brazil 3-0, two europe championship in 1984 and 2000 and we win a gold medal in the olympic games in 1984.
